Baby Sign for Cactus

Before embarking on a desert hike, I decided to take a moment to teach James the importance of not touching cactus (or cacti, if you will).  I pointed at one and said "ouch" several times, until it seemed to sink in.  Well, sink in it did, because he spent the rest of the hike pointing at every cactus with an emphatic "ouch!"  Maybe now I should move on to something slightly more "everyday", like hot stoves or electric outlets.  But at least he's never going near a cactus again.
