Grandma Porter got James this little radio, and it has turned out to be the hottest toy among all the cousins. I was driving and overheard Luke singing along WORD for WORD. I very stealthily filmed it by holding my phone backwards... sorry for the wobbily cinematography. And ignore James' squawking for a turn. My favorite part is when Luke copies the fake giggle.
Water Boy
James loves water. And especially loves getting splashed in the face and knocked around by it. He just keeps coming back for more... great video. And thanks to Aunt Rachel for dutifully lifting him out of the water over and over while I filmed.
He heard it through the grapevine...
And yes, I am just about to lose my mind if I hear this song one more time. So far, in James' 17 months of life, he has discovered nothing so delightful as my mom's ringtone. It only becomes problematic when he insists on holding the phone himself and inevitably stops the music.
James' breath-hold, bear-down, face-contort, excited thing
Caught on film at last. This really is the weirdest thing. He's been doing it since he was 7 or 8 months old, but it started out as an 'excited' thing. Now he knows it's funny, so you can get him to do it on command by imitating it. Have any of you ever seen anything like this? I'm very curious.
